As a program manager at TNW Events, you will:
Be responsible for approximately 5 of the tracks at TNW Conference 2019, which determine the content direction for the different stages at the event. You will be working alongside 2 other program managers who are in charge of the other tracks.
Keep a pulse on the latest developments within the themes you’re responsible for by doing research into speakers, companies and trends. You’ll also be in touch with (potential) visitors of our events to learn what they would like to see at TNW.
Work closely with confirmed speakers to help them prepare for their talks, explaining the format, audience and context, and giving them feedback throughout the preparation process.
Collaborate with our Program Producer to make sure everything is taken care of for the speakers you get on board, including their travel and accommodation, press and media introductions and invitations to invite-only side events, like our renowned speaker dinner.
Select talented speakers from hundreds of submissions we receive for our events.
Coordinate any storytelling efforts (on the TNW blog, social media, conference website and newsletters) around the themes and speakers you work on with the marketing team at TNW.
Work on a wide range of other events around the globe that we'll be organizing in the future.
