The Partnerships team works with leading national and international companies and brands like Google, PWC, Accenture, Exact, Pernod Ricard and many more, helping them to achieve their marketing objectives partnering with our awarded conferences and media platform.

To boost our global expansion we are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our talented team in Amsterdam. You'll be responsible for strengthening our position within existing clients and acquiring new clients, with a focus on the European market.

The ideal candidate has experience selling to large enterprises, as well as the tactical methods to reach and retain them as client. You are motivated by working on insight-driven strategic campaigns and partnerships, understanding the long-term 'bigger picture' and short term perspectives.

The role entails:

  • Managing a set of corporate partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges
  • Develop new relationships at all levels with agency and client partners
  • Translating partners marketing needs into suitable solutions for both our digital media, content marketing and conference partnerships
  • Serve as a trusted consultant with partners by consistently bringing them creative, solutions-oriented ideas and products to meet their business challenges
  • Identifying and validating opportunities across different channels and/or industry verticals
  • Ability to develop and secure relationships with buyers, decision makers, influencers and other referral sources
  • Work closely with VP Partnerships to manage internal revenue expectations and forecasting
  • Manage and optimise inbound process time and revenue efficient

You have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a sales representative, preferably in a media or events organization
  • Experience managing a complex product portfolio and/or consultancy background
  • A daily routine in client centric working, hunting, networking and collaboration
  • Completed a relevant bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, communication or economics
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Experience and a network in (corporate) B2B sales
  • Skills to create beautiful PowerPoint/Keynote presentations

And you are:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Tech and media savvy
  • Eligible to work in The Netherlands (TNW cannot sponsor visas)
