Editorial Community Manager

As TNW grows, so does our community. We love that and would like to be able to do even more for them, so we're looking for someone to take charge of that.


As Editorial Community Manager, you’d be in charge of three important community-facing parts our platform:

Answers: Our AMA-like platform, where we invite interesting people to answer questions from readers in real-time

Newsletters: Our weekly and daily newsletters go out to over 250k subscribers

Syndication: TNW partners with local and international publications and writers to share its reach and diversify its content

Each of these parts strengthen the bond between TNW and the community, and work in harmony to grow and provide an ever-better connection.

An ideal candidate would be someone who's always reading about everything related to tech, and has excellent taste for what a forward-thinking audience wants.


Have strong people skills and can convince anyone to do anything

Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Understand how to communicate effectively with large groups of people

Have excellent knowledge of who’s interesting in tech

Are an avid reader of everything from personal blogs to international publications

Are flexible with occasional odd working hours

Native or near-native English speaking and writing ability


Communicate, plan, and moderate Answers sessions

Research, contact, and guide participants of Answers sessions

Create and edit (new types of) newsletters for our audience

Read and track personal blogs and Medium for republishing on TNW

Build and maintain relations with partner publications

Create new ways of building and solidifying TNW’s community
